在8月28日，贵州省贵阳市开阳县龙岗镇大鸭村的竹荪种植基地迎来了丰收时刻。这里的红托竹荪在垄沟上蓬勃成长，美丽地展开它们的网裙，就像撑开的小伞，生机勃勃。这一切都让人感受到了喜人的季节气息。务工村民们则忙碌地在基地里进行采摘、分拣和装筐，这幅景象充满了劳动者的辛勤与欢乐。

为了实现产业发展的大目标，大鸭村于5月上旬通过本村股份经济合作社组织 villagers to plant a total of 2.6 million stalks of red-toed bamboo shoots. Thanks to the careful technology and management, this batch of bamboo shoots began to be harvested in mid-July, with an average daily yield of over 100 kilograms of fresh bamboo shoots, which is expected to continue until October. This not only brought economic benefits but also provided employment opportunities for more than ten village workers each day.

The freshly harvested bamboo shoots will be directly transported from Dajia Village to the city center, county seat, and Zazao Wholesale Market for sale. Looking forward into the future, Dajia Village's Shareholding Cooperative will continue to play a leading role in organizing personnel to go out for observation and learning, comprehensively understanding the technology and market situation of bamboo shoot cultivation. By exploring organizational models such as "village cooperative + company + farmer" and "village cooperative + farmer", they aim at developing red-toed bamboo shoot cultivation with short cycles and quick results, thus driving farmers' development in featured planting and broadening their channels for wealth creation.
