Thanks to the advanced technology and effective management, this batch of bamboo shoots began to be harvested in mid-July, with an average daily yield of over 100 kilograms. This harvest period is expected to last until October, providing employment opportunities for more than ten village workers each day.

After harvesting, the fresh bamboo shoots are directly transported from Dajiacun to the urban areas of Guiyang City and Kaiyang County as well as Zaza Wholesale Market for sale. Looking ahead, Dajiacun's Shareholding Cooperative will continue to play a leading role in organizing personnel to go out and observe learning about bamboo shoot cultivation techniques and market conditions. They will explore organizational models such as "cooperative + company + farmer" and "cooperative + farmer" in order to develop red-toothed bamboo shoots with short development cycles and rapid effects. The goal is to drive farmers' development of specialty planting and expand their channels for wealth creation through these efforts.
