在8月28日，贵州省贵阳市开阳县龙岗镇大鸭村的竹荪种植基地迎来了丰收时刻。这里的红托竹荪在垄沟上蓬勃成长，美丽地展开它们的网裙，就像撑开的小伞，生机勃勃。这一切都让人感受到了喜人的季节气息。务工村民们则忙碌地在基地里进行采摘、分拣和装筐，这幅景象充满了劳动者的辛勤与欢乐。

为了促进产业发展，大鸭村从5月上旬开始通过本村股份经济合作社组织 villagers to plant a total of 2.6 million stalks of red-toed bamboo shoots. Thanks to the proper technology and management, this batch of bamboo shoots began to be harvested in mid-July, with an average daily yield of over 100 kilograms of fresh bamboo shoots, which is expected to continue until October. This not only brought economic benefits but also provided employment opportunities for more than ten village workers each day.

After harvesting, the fresh bamboo shoots are directly transported from Daidong Village to the urban areas of Guiyang City, the county seat, and Zhazuo Wholesale Market for sale. In the future, Daidong Village's shareholding cooperative will continue to play a leading role in organizing personnel to go out for observation and learning, carefully studying bamboo shoot cultivation techniques and market conditions. They will explore models such as "village cooperative + company + farmer" and "village cooperative + farmer" in order to develop short-cycle and quickly effective red-toed bamboo shoots that can drive farmers' development of characteristic planting projects and broaden their wealth channels through them.

In this way, through the joint efforts of all parties involved in cultivating red-toed bamboo shoots at Daidong Village, they have made significant progress towards realizing their vision: building a thriving agricultural industry that not only generates income but also brings joy and satisfaction among villagers while contributing positively towards sustainable rural development.
